Small family run hotel with great staff. We had a fairly large room that was decorated in a Venetian style and was very clean. The breakfast was great. We had to leave very early one morning and the hotel manger accommodated us by having our breakfast ready. The location of the hotel is a little off the beaten track from the main attractions however the prices of restaurants was much cheaper and the area was a lot less crowded. Once you figure out your way to the main tourist places it was very easy to find your way around. We wouldn't hesitate retuning here again.
The air conditioning was very loud we had to turn it off. Opening the windows was not a problem but it got very noisy early in the morning with all the boat/people traffic.

Located directly on the water and near a water bus stop (Vaporetto) facing Murano. A little walk from the main sites but if not in the mood to walk the water bus is only a few feet away. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean all in all a very nice hotel.
During the day the vaporetto stop is popular so it if you would like to take a nap it may a little noisy.

Great Personal touch - you were treated like part of their family . Hotel managers /owners genuinely wanted to speak to you - showed you sites that they were so proud of . Helpful - Very helpful with information on getting around ! Location - I had this beautiful room that was meters away from the water and had great views of the sea . The hotel is right next to port ..a little noisy - but not disturbing . A few steps to get onto water taxi - to other city ports and airport ! A quiet beautiful little hotel ....wonderful experience

Right next to water taxi station so very easy from which to take trips around city.
Room was only fairly clean....bedspread was stained, wall above headboard was splashed with a read stain.

Our breakfast was excellent with the best coffee. An iron, multi-channel television and a study table inside the standard queen room were handy.
Shame the bathroom was a little small.
